Death’s Shadow – Darren Shan

by

I have been reading this series for a year now and I have got to say t his is one of the best. If you don’t like horror than this book isn’t for you. It is about this girl (Bec) who gets stuck in a rock for over 1400 years and now has been winded up in the future.  She is scared of most things, and has supernatrual powers. She has also got to fight demons and werewolves as they come. The main storyline is, there is this new demon that they cannot kill. What is it and is it buildind an army to have a war against humans. I won’t spoil the endin for you.

Note: I would recomend reading the whole seires befor reading this book.

The thing that made me surpised was Bec and Bran, and how much he loved her, and the pain he put himself though for her. It made my heart ache with pain while reading and blows me outta the water every time I read it. This book covers Bran’s past and how he got there. The goryness is enough to make anyone gross out. The saddest part is when Bran tells her to look any from him when he, well I wouldn’t ruin it. You have to read it. But it’s a great book.

Heya Justin. Thanks for your post! What makes this book so scary? Is it gory, or just an edge-of-your-seat type read?

I think this is a very good review Justin. Well done!
