Today the Queensland AWL visited the Runaway Bay Branch Library. The QLD AWL does a great job in our community by taking care of strayed and abandoned animals. Just recently, the Mayor’s Christmas Appeal was situated in the Runaway Bay Branch Library. Our community donated food, sheets and toys for the animals at the QLD AWL. If you are interested in learning more about the QLD AWL please visit the website.
Talking about pets, I have heard some creative and wacky pet names in the past like Muscles the dog and Snookie the poodle. Post your pet name and the story behind it.

I don’t know, I’d be willing to pay $250. These animals get desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and come with a health guarantee. Seems like a pretty reasonable price for a pet with all the added extras!
And besides that, they are adorable creatures who’ll offer years of companionship…

The problem I have with the AWL is they charge too much for adopting a pet. They get dogs they have dropped off to them and resell them for $250. Hmm Id like to adopt a cat
