More Christmas ideas….

Did you know there is only 38 days to Christmas… have you just gone into overdrive…?

Jam blogged about doing some beading for Christmas gifts – well here is another for those of you like moi… with limited talents in the craft area. Have you thought about giving some practical gifts this year?  Like food! The library has some great Christmas cooking ideas e.g. shortbread, mini Christmas cakes which can be baked in used fruit tins (after they have been cleaned and lined with brown paper), in fact one of our staff members has actually used a baked bean tin! White Christmas, chocolate balls and chocolate crackles. Why not pop in an check out some of our great cooking books and browse through some of our craft books to decorate a box or jar to place your goodies in?
