Kids make adults read


Librarians at Nerang Branch Library have been charged with the task of reading books recommended by members of the Nerang Bookbites club. The team got together at their last meeting and came up with suggestions of books that a grown-up should read. Librarians at Nerang Branch Library have been flat out trying to get through all the fabulous suggestions. Suggestions included:

    This is an interesting selection of books. A couple of them are fairly serious.
    Just goes to show ‘kids’ don’t always want to read ‘fluffy’ or ‘silly’ stuff, but enjoy a good read about real human issues. Just like Ben suggested.

    I think you shou read then because its about real people and about the nazis in poland. and for the people that have to hide
